Taco Bell Mexican Pizza (Imitation) Recipe
4 low carb tortillas
1 can refried beans
1 lb taco seasoned ground beef or turkey, cooked
1-2 tablespoons enchilada sauce
¼ cup shredded taco cheese
avocado oil
Fry that tortilla!
2 pizzas = 4 tortillas. Cook each tortilla in avocado oil until they’re firmed up.
Garnish and make your pizza like a pro!
On 2 tortillas, spread refried beans, and add your taco meat. On the other 2 tortillas, add 2 tablespoons enchilada sauce, ¼ cup shredded cheese, and place on top of the meat/beans. Place under broiler just long enough to melt the cheese. Take out and add diced tomatoes and sour cream.
***beans are not keto so make sure tojust put a very little amount.
