Low-Carb Sweet and Spicy Boneless Chicken Wings Recipe

3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, trimmed and cut into cubes

1/2 cup almond flour

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon of chili powder

1/2 teaspoon of paprika

We recommend McCormick Paprika

1/2 teaspoon of onion powder

1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder

salt

Thai Chili Wing Sauce

Mix and whisk the ingredients!

Directions: In one bowl, whisk 1 egg with heavy cream. In a separate bowl mix all dry ingredients.

Bake till crispy!

Place pieces of chicken on parchment paper on baking sheet, cook at 375 for 25 minutes. Then turn oven to broil, and flip pieces of chicken frequently until they’re crispy.

Shake and enjoy this spicylicious goodness!

Once cooked, put in a Tupperware container and add G Hughes sugar-free Thai Chili wing sauce. Cover the container and shake until boneless wings are covered in sauce.
