Low-Carb Spaghetti with Meat Sauce Recipe

1 whole spaghetti squash

1 lb ground beef or turkey

1 jar of Marinara sauce

Let's do some cooking!

Cut spaghetti squash in half, length ways. Clean out guts and seeds. Rub inside with olive oil, and lightly salt. Place flat side down on parchment paper and cook on baking sheet at 375 for 45-60 minutes, until the squash is completely tender. While squash is cooking in the oven, brown your ground beef/turkey and add low carb marinara. Season to taste. Once, squash is done cooking, pull it apart with forks, and add your meat sauce.
