Low-Carb Onion Rings Recipe

1-2 cups of Mexican or Monterey Jack Cheese

1 onion, sliced into rings

Seasonings to taste

Utensils

Mold, melt and bake for a crispy treat!

Add your shredded cheese to the mold and place your onion slices on top of the cheese. Next, another layer of cheese on top along with your seasonings. Bake in oven for 15 minutes at 400*
