Keto Pancake & Waffle Recipe
4 oz cream cheese
Melt in microwave for 30 seconds
4 eggs
Or 6 egg whites, if you’re feeling extra healthy and want to avoid excess fat
3/4 cup, almond flour
We recommend Blue Diamond Almond Flour
2 tbsp stevia sweetner
We recommend Natural Mate Powdered Stevia
1 tablespoon baking powder
We recommend Argo Double Acting Baking Powder
1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
We recommend McCormick Vanilla Extract
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
We recommend McCormick Ground Cinnamon
Mix, pour, and fry!
Mix everything in a blender, pour, and fry in KerryGold butter until your pancakes or waffles are the desired crispiness.
