Keto Meatloaf Recipe

This is hands down my favorite recipe of all, and is another recipe I’ve served to “unknowing” family members 🙂

Keto Meatloaf Recipe

2 cups crushed pork rinds

3 lb ground turkey or beef

1 onion, diced and cooked

2 eggs, beaten

1 cup heavy cream

2 teaspoons garlic powder

2 teaspoons salt

Combine and mix it all!

Chop and brown one onion. In a large bowl, combine cooked onion with all other ingredients and thoroughly mix by hand. 

Bake it to crisp!

With this mixture, make 6-8 individual loaves and place on parchment paper on baking sheet, and cook at 375* for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

For the Sauce

¾ cup sugar free ketchup

2 tablespoons mustard

4 tablespoons brown sugar substitute

Mix and spread for a delicious keto meatloaf!

Combine all ingredients in a pan until it simmers, then spread on top of loaves when they are done cooking.
