Keto McGriddles Recipe

For the waffle

4 oz cream cheese

Melt in microwave for 30 seconds

4 eggs

Or 6 egg whites, if you’re feeling extra healthy and want to avoid excess fat

3/4 cup, almond flour

2 tbsp stevia sweetner

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract

1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Mix, pour, and fry!

Mix everything in a blender, pour, and fry in KerryGold butter until your pancakes or waffles are the desired crispiness.

For the Filings

1 egg per sandwich

1 sausage patty per sandwich

We recommend to buy frozen, pre-cooked ones and cook in microwave or air fryer

1 slice cheese per sandwich

Sugar free syrup to taste

Be creative and recreate your own McGriddles!

Use pancake recipe and make smaller pancakes to make the outer parts of the breakfast sandwich. Add fried egg, cheese, sausage patty and / or bacon. Drizzle sandwich with sugar free syrup.
