These make a great appetizer for when you’re having company over. I especially like making these on the weekends when I have a little more time on my hands.

Keto Chicken Lollipops Recipe

2 tablespoons garlic powder

2 tablespoons onion powder

2 tablespoons smoked paprika

We recommend McCormick Paprika

1 tablespoon ground ginger

2 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon pepper

Prepare and get that oven-baked chicken lollipop!

After cutting the chicken, add seasoning and cook at 300 degree for 60 minutes. After done cooking, brush with equal parts BBQ sauce and maple syrup (both sugar free). Put back in oven for about 10 minutes.
