Keto Chicken and Waffles Recipe

For the waffle

4 oz cream cheese

Melt in microwave for 30 seconds

4 eggs

Or 6 egg whites, if you’re feeling extra healthy and want to avoid excess fat

3/4 cup, almond flour

2 tbsp stevia sweetner

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract

1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Mix, pour, and fry!

Mix everything in a blender, pour, and fry in KerryGold butter until your pancakes or waffles are the desired crispiness.

For the Fried Chicken

1-2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, trimmed and cut into cubes

1/2 cup almond flour

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon of chili powder

1/2 teaspoon of paprika

We recommend McCormick Paprika

1/2 teaspoon of onion powder

1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder

salt

Mix and whisk the ingredients!

Directions: In one bowl, whisk 1 egg with heavy cream. In a separate bowl mix all dry ingredients.

Bake till crispy!

Place pieces of chicken on parchment paper on baking sheet, cook at 375 for 25 minutes. Then turn oven to broil, and flip pieces of chicken frequently until they’re crispy.

For the final twist!

Combine pancake/waffle recipe and fried chicken recipe. Serve with sugar-free syrup.
