A lot of Keto / Low carb breads have come on the market that have eliminated the need to make your own bread, but this is still delicious. These are a great substitute for bread / hamburger buns. These are gluten free as well.

Keto Chaffles Recipe

4 oz cream cheese

Melt in microwave for 30 seconds

8 eggs

1 heaping cup mozzarella

1 tablespoon mayo

Mix, pour, and toast!

Mix all ingredients in a blender, then pour on a preheated mini waffle maker. Cook for approx. 5 minutes. Makes approx. 12 chaffles. Less than 1 net carb per chaffle.
