Garlic Balsamic Brussels Sprouts + Cajun Chicken Breast Recipe
For cajun seasoning
1 tablespoon paprika
We recommend McCormick Paprika
1-1/2 teaspoon salt
We recommend Morton Iodized Table Salt
1-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
We recommend McCormick Classic Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
We recommend McCormick Onion Powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
We recommend McCormick Chili Powder
½ teaspoon oregano
We recommend McCormick Oregano Leaves
½ teaspoon brown sugar substitute
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
We recommend McCormick Ground Cayenne Red Pepper
¼ teaspoon black pepper
We recommend McCormick Pure Ground Black Pepper
Season and grill!
Add seasoning to 4 tablespoons melted KerryGold butter and brush liberally on boneless skinless chicken breasts. Grill until fully cooked.
For brussels sprouts
brussels sprouts
garlic
olive oil
balsamic vinaigrette
Salad time!
Trim ends of brussels sprouts and cut into quarters. Steam in microwave for 6 minutes. Sauté minced garlic in olive oil and add steamed Brussels sprouts. Add 2-3 tablespoons of balsamic vinaigrette and pull everything together.
