Keto Chex Mix Recipe

1 cup almonds

1 cup cashews

1 cup peanuts

1 cup walnuts

1 cup pecans

We recommend Fisher Pecan Halves

5 tablespoons of KerryGold butter (melted)

3 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon of onion powder

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

Mix, spread and bake for a sweet treat!

In a large bowl, mix all the nuts well.  In a smaller bowl, mix melted butter, Worcestershire, garlic powder and onion powder. Pour liquid mixture onto nuts in larger bowl and mix well. You’ll want to get everything coated. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add nuts and spread into a thin layer. Bake for 30 minutes at 250 degree. Remove, flip, and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
