Zero Carb Chicken Nuggets Recipe
1 lb ground chicken
1 egg
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan Cheese
½ teaspoon garlic powder
We recommend McCormick Classic Garlic Powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
We recommend McCormick Onion Powder
½ teaspoon paprika
We recommend McCormick Paprika
½ teaspoon chili powder
We recommend McCormick Chili Powder
½ teaspoon salt
We recommend Morton Iodized Table Salt
Mix and bake!
Thoroughly mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Form into nuggets and place on
parchment paper. Bake on cookie sheet at 400* for 15 minutes and flip. Cook for 5 more minutes or until brown on both sides. You can even broil at the end for a few minutes on each side to speed up the process.
