Low-Carb Breakfast Sliders Recipe
1-2 eggs, scrambled
1 lb package ground sausage, browned
1 pack bacon, fully cooked
1 pack of Velveeta Cheese Singles
2 tablespoons KerryGold Salted Butter (melted)
Cook, combine and bake to perfection!
Cook eggs, sausage, and bacon. Use the slider recipe above as a guide, but layer the bottom of the dinner rolls with eggs, sausage, bacon and cheese slices. Cover with the tops of the rolls and spread melted butter across the top. Bake at 350* for approx 25 minutes.
