Low-Carb Crispy Chicken Thighs Recipe

You will never go wrong with this oven-baked crispy chicken thighs!
Take a pack of chicken thighs (bone-in with skin), pat dry with a paper towel, drizzle in olive oil and generously season both sides with your favorite seasoning. Place a pat of KerryGold butter under the skin of each thigh. Bake for 45 min @ 350, then turn on broil for 5-7 min.
