Keto Spicy Chicken Sandwich Recipe
1-2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, trimmed and cut into cubes
1/2 cup almond flour
We recommend Blue Diamond Almond Flour, Gluten Free, Blanched
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
We recommend Kraft Parmesan Grated Cheese
1 teaspoon black pepper
We recommend McCormick Pure Ground Black Pepper
1/2 teaspoon of chili powder
We recommend McCormick Chili Powder
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
We recommend McCormick Paprika
1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
We recommend McCormick Onion Powder
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
We recommend McCormick Classic Garlic Powder
salt
We recommend Morton Iodized Table Salt
1-2 tablespoons buffalo sauce
1 piece pepper jack cheese
½ cup honey mustard sauce
We recommend Sweet Baby Ray’s Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce
½ cup honey barbeque sauce
We recommend Sweet Baby Ray’s No Sugar Barbeque Sauce
Mix and whisk the ingredients!
Directions: In one bowl, whisk 1 egg with heavy cream. In a separate bowl mix all dry ingredients.
Bake till crispy!
Place pieces of chicken on parchment paper on baking sheet, cook at 375 for 25 minutes. Then turn oven to broil, and flip pieces of chicken frequently until they’re crispy.
Prepare it like a Chick-A-Fil Way!
When done cooking, place chicken breast in a small Tupperware container, add 1-2 tablespoons of buffalo sauce, cover container and shake. Add 1 piece of pepper jack cheese, copy cat Chick Fil A sauce (½ cup each of Sweet Baby Ray’s sugar free honey mustard and Sweet Baby Ray’s sugar free BBQ sauce) and serve on a Keto Hamburger bun.
