Keto Pizza Crust Recipe
10 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
1 egg
5 oz almond flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
Mix the ingredients!
Melt shredded mozzarella in microwave. Add one egg and blend / mix together
In a separate bowl, mix almond flour with baking powder, garlic powder and onion powder.
Time for some kneading!
Slowly mix flour mix into egg mixture and knead into a ball. Place between 2 pieces of parchment paper and flatten with a rolling pin.
Bake it till you make it!
Pro Tip!
Tip: You can use this crust to make several types of pizzas. Add taco sauce, taco meat, etc for a taco pizza. Add sugar free BBQ sauce, shredded chicken and cheese for BBQ Chicken Pizza. Buffalo Sauce, Shredded chicken, Cheese and ranch…you get the picture. Get creative and have fun with it!
