When I first started Keto, low carb tortillas didn’t exist and they’re much easier and quicker to use for pizzas and other items, but I wanted to keep this in here for those who want to make it themselves. This is also a gluten free option.

Keto Pizza Crust Recipe

10 oz shredded mozzarella cheese

Melt shredded mozzarella cheese in microwave.

1 egg

5 oz almond flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

We recommend Argo Baking Powder

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

Mix the ingredients!

Melt shredded mozzarella in microwave. Add one egg and blend / mix together
In a separate bowl, mix almond flour with baking powder, garlic powder and onion powder. 

Time for some kneading!

Slowly mix flour mix into egg mixture and knead into a ball. Place between 2 pieces of parchment paper and flatten with a rolling pin.

Bake it till you make it!

Cook on parchment paper on baking sheet at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until brown. Remove from oven, add low carb sauce, toppings and cheese, place pizza back in oven and broil for a few minutes until cheese has melted.

Pro Tip!

Tip: You can use this crust to make several types of pizzas. Add taco sauce, taco meat, etc for a taco pizza. Add sugar free BBQ sauce, shredded chicken and cheese for BBQ Chicken Pizza. Buffalo Sauce, Shredded chicken, Cheese and ranch…you get the picture. Get creative and have fun with it!
