This online community was started by Coach Chip Smith to help others discover the benefits of the keto lifestyle and to empower them to take control of their own health.
As a busy, overworked dad, Chip ran his body into the ground after the birth of his twins. Sleep deprived and in survival mode, he knew a drastic change was needed.
By periodic fasting, reducing carbs, loading up on protein, & starting a modest weight lifting regiment, he dropped over 80 pounds. As his energy levels skyrocketed, he knew he discovered a secret.
It’s now his personal goal to help as many people as he can discover the keto lifestyle.
